At Hollowcreek Farms, your satisfaction is our top priority. Should you, for any reason, not be completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and fair return and refund process to find a satisfactory solution.

Return option

 - Returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging.

 - If the return is due to a reason caused by the customer (e.g., incorrect size, change of mind), the customer bears the return shipping costs. These costs depend on the chosen shipping provider.

 - If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or defective item), we will fully cover the return shipping costs.

This is how the return process works

1. To initiate a return, please contact us at  hello@hollowcreekfarms.com

2. We will provide you with detailed return instructions and, if necessary, a prepaid return label.

3. Return the item(s) to us using the enclosed label or a courier service of your choice.

Refund process

- Once we have received and inspected your return, please allow 5-7 working days for processing.

 Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.

 You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Exceptions

 Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned or refunded.

 -  If the return is due to a reason caused by the customer, the customer shall bear the costs of the return shipment.

 -  If the return is due to an error on our part, we will fully cover the return shipping costs.

Order cancellation

 Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided the order has not yet been shipped. 

 Orders are usually processed within processed within 1-3 working days.  

 - A full refund will be given  for cancellations made before shipment and within the permitted timeframe.
